LIKE THERE'S NO TOMORROW is an immersive and interactive installation; a satirical performance that makes climate change experiential. With eco-anxiety and -depression on the rise, we explore what mechanisms come into play when Millennials find themselves confronted with a topic widely recognized as hugely complex and often overwhelming in its abstraction. To achieve this, LIKE THERE'S NO TOMORROW follows what artist Thomas Bellinck has described as the principle of "productive pessimism": the act of passing through dystopias so as to, eventually, contemplate new utopias in response.
